2nd Annual Chief Executive Peer Circles Program
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, Sarasota, FL, July 16, 2025. Caring Collective (formerly The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center) announces the 2nd Annual Chief Executive Peer Circles (CEPC) Program. CEO/Executive Director-level non-profit professionals can apply now through August 11, 2025.
‘We created the 10-month CEPC program to fill a gap for collaboration, solutions-sharing, skills development, and time-efficient networking among busy non-profit chief executives,’said Charlene Altenhain, Chief Executive Officer, Caring Collective. ‘Our inaugural program received nearly 40 applications from Sarasota-Manatee executives, reflecting strong interest in this type of program,’ she continued.
Inaugural program participant feedback contributed to the 2nd Annual Program’s development. As Jody Jester, Executive Director, Bridge A Life, Inc. offers, ‘As a leader, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day responsibilities and defer pressing leadership decisions. Being part of a CEPC cohort of colleagues has expanded my network while keeping me accountable to growing myself as a leader.’
