The Caring Collective is so much more than a campus— it’s a catalyst. Not only are we grateful to be a tenant, we’re continually inspired by how they open doors, introduce us to new partners, and foster meaningful collaborations. Their team brings nonprofits together in ways that create real impact, both inside and beyond the walls of this shared space.

As a leader, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day responsibilities and defer pressing leadership decisions. Being part of a Chief Executive Peer Circle (CEPC) cohort has expanded my network while keeping me accountable to growing myself as a leader. I have appreciated the commitment to confidentiality so we can transparently address topics that are most pressing to our organization.

It is refreshing to speak and learn of other CEO challenges in the nonprofit world. We don’t have to be on an island all by ourselves. We can share openly and honestly how to deal with common concerns and challenges. Learning to support each other with our learned experiences has really helped me understand we might have a different view on subjects but can approach the subject with a different lens.

The staff at Caring Collective have done a great job of connecting the many organizations on campus and creating a space that sparks collaboration. This sense of community extends to staff and clients alike, helping to break down barriers and leading to innovative ways to serve the community as a whole.

Caring Collective is an integral part of our community. They not only provide critical commercial space for non-profits but also build networks within our community to meet the needs of our most vulnerable.
