A request is urgent if the problem will cause immediate damage to the facilities, or puts people in immediate danger. Examples of urgent requests:

• Water is flowing (ex. overflowing toilet, broken pipe, HVAC system)
• HVAC system is down

A request is not urgent, unless the problem will cause immediate damage to the facilities, or puts people in immediate danger. Examples of non-urgent requests:

• Light bulb is out
• Key fob isn’t working

Once you submit your request, our Receptionist and Facilities Manager will be notified and will address your need as soon as possible.
