Her career is built on a foundation of service, beginning in the United States Army Reserves where she developed the discipline and adaptability that guide her leadership today. Heather is the CEO of Invigorate Nexus, a consulting firm she has led for over 11 years, specializing in improving efficiencies, strengthening leadership, and building organizational resilience. Her work spans a seven-county region in Southwest Florida, including five counties contracted through United Way Suncoast, where she serves as Disaster Resilience Officer and leads the revitalization of the Manatee County COAD, uniting partners to strengthen communication, coordination, and disaster response.
