The Little Library That Could

‘Take a book. Leave a book. Build a community.’

Books bring people together. They inspire connection and creativity. They broaden understanding and create awareness.

In that spirit, last month Caring Collective proudly unveiled our new Little Free Library on the Glasser/Schoenbaum Campus of Caring. This charming resource serves as a literary watering hole, so to speak, a place to congregate that encourages children and adults to browse, borrow, take, and donate. At opening, children’s stories shared space with adult offerings, in English and Spanish. Dynamic like our vibrant Campus community, the book selections frequently will change and grow as new donated books replace those who find a new home. Made possible by the philanthropic generosity of Kari-Jo Koshes of Brand New Chapters, Inc., and Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, we hope this resource brings enjoyment to Campus employees and visitors for many years to come.
