3rd Annual Chief Executive Peer Circles Program
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, Sarasota, FL, July 24, 2026. Caring Collective (formerly The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center) announces the 3rd Annual Chief Executive Peer Circles (CEPC) Program. CEO/Executive Director-level nonprofit professionals can apply now through August 31, 2026.
‘Leadership can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. Over the past two years, we’ve seen firsthand how meaningful peer connections and shared learning strengthen nonprofit leadership and, ultimately, the organizations they serve,’ said Charlene Altenhain, Chief Executive Officer, Caring Collective. ‘As we launch our third year of the Chief Executive Peer Circles, we’re proud to continue providing a space where nonprofit leaders can build relationships, gain perspective, and return to their organizations better equipped to serve our community,’ she continued.
‘Participating in the Chief Executive Peer Circles with The Caring Collective has been incredibly meaningful. As a CEO, it is rare to have a space where you can be both honest and supported by peers who truly understand the weight of leadership. This group provided connection, encouragement, perspective, and a sense of community that is deeply needed in executive roles. I appreciated the opportunity to learn from others, share openly, and be reminded that none of us are leading alone,” said Heather Todd, CEO, Teen Court of Sarasota, Inc.
